Q: I have a voucher code – now what?

A: How to redeem a voucher code in 5 easy steps:

1. Add one shower curtain of your choice to your cart and click “view cart” to proceed to checkout

2. Enter your voucher code in the voucher/ discount code box

3. Fill out your name and select a country to apply any shipping fees

4. Complete the checkout process and get ready to receive a beautiful new shower curtain!

5. Repeat steps 1-4 for any additional voucher codes

Q: I tried entering my voucher code and it says “invalid” but I know it’s correct, or it reads as valid but does not show my discount at checkout – what do I do?

A: Try clearing your cookies then restarting your browser. Also, try copy-pasting the entire code instead of entering it one letter at a time. If that doesn’t work, please contact us at info@rockcandylife.com.

Q: I live outside the US and I placed my order over 14 business days ago, but it has not arrived yet – what gives?

A: While Rock Candy Life sends out orders the next day, sometimes there are unexpected delays with international shipping. Please give it a few days after the allotted time period, then contact us at info@rockcandylife.com if it has still not arrived.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes! We have just launched our worldwide shipping at $10 per curtain. Simply select your country from the drop down menu at checkout.

Q: What are your curtains made out of?

A: Rock Candy Life curtains are made of 100% recyclable, chlorine and PVC-free eco-vinyl.

Q: Do you have any other designs?

A: Not yet – but stay tuned for our next “Preppy Luxe” shower curtain, coming soon.
